In the first match of the BCA Indonesia Superseries Open 2017, the seventh seeded pair was forced to surrender in a three-game drama in a match taking place at JCC Plenary Hall, Jakarta, Tuesday (13/6) this morning. Jordan / Debby lost 21-15, 21-19 and 21-11 in an almost one hour match.
"We did not have any problems at all. Our stamina and mentality are good. It's just our game pattern was not right," said Jordan in a press conference.
"Not related to stamina, our stamina is fine. In the first game we could dominate the game. But in the second game we had wind advantage and we did not anticipate our opponent's quite well. In the third game our opponents had the self-confidence while we had the panic." Debby said.
